What to Bring at Check-In

Please bring your pet in a secure carrier or a non-retractable leash. Our vacation specialists will meet you at your vehicle to walk your pets in to make a smooth transition to their vacation!

Please bring the following:

-Prepackaged food for each meal (we recommend packing 2 extra feedings in case your travels are delayed)

-Bedding

-Toys that can stay with your pet unsupervised

-Treats (We do not allow rawhide treats because they pose a choking hazard)

Country Bound Pet Resort Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our services and the length of waiting lists for our resort please follow our Cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy and any changes to reservations are as followed:
11 days before hand-No Charge
1-10 days before Check In Date- 100% of total boarding stay.
Any changes made during check in or during the pet’s vacation time will still be charged at the entire reservation length.
